Well, I was watching an episode of Futurama where they did a spoof of the song "Santa Clause is Coming to Town" - they changed it to "Santa Clause is Gunning you Down" - and, given my obsession with HALO, this drawing was bound to happen.
So, the main caption, "Santa Clause is Gunning you Down" belongs to whoever wrote that episode of Futurama. The rest of the text is all thanks to some brainstorming between me and  And of course, the grunts and Master Chief belong to those wonderful people who made HALO.
